Terms

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy a brief on venually. Please read them before you pay.

Who we are

venually is run by [Company name], [Street, postcode, city, country]. You can reach us at [Contact email]. Our company details are in the Legal notice.

What you buy

  • One brief for one event, written from your answers.
  • It opens on this site once you have paid. You also get it as a PDF, a Word file and a budget and venues sheet, and a copy by email.
  • It includes 10 questions and answers written for your event, and with your private link you can ask up to 20 questions of your own. All the answers are written by AI from your brief.
  • Photos of venues and hotels come from Google and their authors, and are shown as Google provides them.
  • Before you pay, you see what each section of your brief holds, and a full example brief on the demo page.

Price and payment

A brief costs €49. You pay once, through Stripe, by card or another method Stripe offers. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Your brief unlocks as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Bank payments can take a few working days to clear, and the brief unlocks when they do. We also send it to the email address you paid with.

Your right to cancel

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. A brief is digital content that we deliver straight away. So before you pay, we ask you to agree that we deliver it at once and that you lose your right to cancel once it is unlocked. We confirm this in the email with your brief.

If your brief doesn't unlock or doesn't work as described, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.

After you pay

  • The email with your brief has a private link. With it you can change your answers and make the brief again, free, 3 times within 30 days of paying. Keep the private link to yourself.
  • The plain link to your brief is read-only. Anyone you send it to can read the brief and approve it under their name, but can't change it. Their name and the date show on the brief, and we tell you by email.
  • Making the brief again replaces the old one and clears its approvals.

What the brief is, and what it isn't

  • Venues, hotels and transport options come from Google’s listings. Some sections are written by AI from your answers.
  • Prices, capacities, times, distances and budgets are estimates. Places can change or close.
  • Check the details with the venues, hotels and suppliers before you book. We don’t book anything for you, and we don’t act for any venue or supplier.

Using the brief

The brief is for planning your event. You can share it inside your organisation and with the venues and suppliers you contact. Please don't resell it.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering the brief as described. We aren't responsible for the decisions you make with it, or for what venues, hotels and suppliers do. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, or our liability for intent, gross negligence or injury.

Questions, complaints and changes

Write to us at [Contact email]. We may update these terms. The version that applied on the day you paid applies to your purchase.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of [Country whose law applies]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country you live in.
